The host was so passionate about his job that he practically gave me goosebumps. The room was fabulous and the walk to the old town was like a delightful endurance test.

Who needs privacy anyway? Sharing the air conditioning in the room was a refreshing change.

we had a great stay in dubrovnik so close to the old town, the airport, the hill. location in the pictures everything looked nice. besides, we could walk to bellevue beach, which was 15 minutes away. room was impressive and fully renovated and included with an iron and the kitchen, as example.

Affordable rates were a bonus.

Lovely garden views and free parking, which is a treasure hunt in Dubrovnik. The WiFi was available in public areas, making it easier to upload my vacation photos.

Oh, how I enjoyed not having enough instructions on how to use the appliances and the thrill of no toilet paper!

Marvellous and fantastic location close to the old town and back, nearby local supermarket and Italian Bar and the hill, everything nice. Vews over the sea. Easy going staff, no complaints whatsoever, had a real good stay.

We had a smooth check-in process and the host left clear instructions for accessing the property. The studio we stayed in was newly renovated, minimalistic, and clean. The location was convenient, with a 10-minute walk to the old town and the added bonus of free parking. Despite a few minor issues, like a non-functioning washing machine and a dated bathroom, we had a comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Deluxe Villa Matic. The apartment was cosy and modern, with everything we needed and more. The owner, Ivan, was extremely nice and easy to communicate with. The location was great, with a beautiful view and a terrace to enjoy it from. While it was a bit of a climb to get there, we found that taxis were readily available and affordable. we highly recommend Deluxe Villa Matic for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Dubrovnik.

We chose this accommodation for the parking space and were pleasantly surprised by its location on a steep hill near the historic center. the room we stayed in, although different from the one in the pictures, was still nice and clean. the bathroom was well-maintained and the host provided us with helpful videos and instructions to ensure a smooth check-in process. the view from the property was stunning, especially during sunsets. the availability of parking and the abundance of kitchen utensils were definite advantages.

The flat was a bit difficult to heat up in cold weather, suggesting the addition of an electric radiator for better comfort.
